How ordering works today

When you submit an order request, you receive an order number immediately. Our team then contacts you to confirm availability, delivery details and payment. Online payment is coming soon.

Shipping

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shared with you when we confirm your order. Once dispatched, we will send you tracking details where available.

Returns

If you are not happy with your order, please contact us. Unopened products in their original condition may be returned. For hygiene reasons, opened wellness and skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, write to hello@saviveda.com with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
